Stupor Bowl XI

So there aren't too many alleycat races that have been going on consistently for eleven years but one of them is in Minneapolis called Stupor Bowl.
The race happened February 1st and 2nd.

Minneapolis is getting the 2008 Republican National Convention in September. There goes the neighborhood.
