It's not real, it's an advertisement done by Specialized.
It's obviously not real - even with purpose built, recumbent, fully-faired bicycles, it's impossible to achieve a speed higher than what any automobile can maintain with ease.
Second, if it was real, the driver of that semi should be charged with reckless endangerment! (As should the cyclist, actually.)
