New to NYC, could you tell me where the Banks are?
The Banks, are under the Brooklyn Bridge on the Manhattan side. Follow Park Row (two way street East of City Hall, where JnR music takes up almost the whole block.) Head North as if you were going to go on the Brooklyn Bridge, but loop right go down and you can't miss it.
